Quality Objectives

  1. Achieve at least 80% new application development annually to enhance service quality towards university digitalisation
  2. Implement 100% of the planned ICT training each year, including training and self-learning for the university community.
  3. Provide internet access with an average minimum availability of 99.7% per year from the service provider.
  4. Ensure 100% of ICT complaint tickets receive feedback within three (3) working days.
  5. Ensure a minimum of 80% of populated areas at Parit Raja, Pagoh, and Tanjong Laboh campuses are covered by Wi-Fi access each year.
