Scope Of Services

Fundamental IT Infrastructure

Description

We provide the Local Area Network (LAN) infrastructure and entire campus network connectivity for staff member and students usage. We also provide the inter-linked between University branches to ensure the fast connections to the systems.

Wireless Connectivity

Description

We provide the Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) and WiFi services including eduroam for the usage of staff member and students. We also provide the wireless connectivity to support the Internet of Things (IoT) devices.

Network Maintenance And Support

Description

We maintain and support the networks that staff member and students use to go online or access University systems, even when off-campus.
